I've been spending most of my time reprogramming old interfaces to fit the new architecture. Here's a list of the changes that have taken place over the past 24 hours:
- The weblog add/verification system is working again
- The RSS 0.91 version of the top 50 is up. It can be found at http://blogdex.media.mit.edu/xml/index.asp.
- Metalinker should be working properly (and much faster as well)
I'll be working today and into the night as well. At the top of this list:
- The Social Network Explorer needs to be recoded
- Search functionality seems to be working great, I just need to build an interface
- Paging on all lists (right now every page is constrained to at most 50 results)

Though i have never met you and feel certain you could give a s**t about my opinion on blogdex I will never-the-less spell it out: I absolutely adore Blogdex. It is almost like an addiction for me - when Blogdex is down I pretty much go through withdrawl and freak out. I check only two websites on a regular basis: boingboing and blogdex. My little comments here - my gripes - were blunt because - well, because if you screw up *your* site then I will have only one site left on the net that I like enough to check daily. And frankly if I only ever read boingboing I would go totally mad on account of their damn fixation with Disney World :-)
Point is - I love Blogdex and hope you are able to take any 'gripes' that your users have given you as constructive critism. After all, why would some one post here if they weren't getting something out of it.
